This disastrous and important national event is still unsettled, and continues to create a vicious and on-going national stir to this very day - Wed. September 12, 2012.

An important world viewed social commentary painting of the popular "AMERICA TODAY" ART SERIES. 

"KATRINA" a lone survivor, with a broken pair of well used eyeglasses and a lovingly worn simple old-gold wedding band..."wrapped only in the symbol and security of American beliefs and promises"... the harsh and distant calls of the uninvited, yet oncoming, ruckus droves of both human scavengers  and scavenger crows can still to be fearfully heard and seen until this day.

Today, it is perfectly clear to All Aware People of the World and especially American Citizens: "POLITICAL WORDS TRULY SPOKE MUCH LOUDER ... THAN POLITICALLY UNFULFILLED PROMISES AND DEEDS"...in Katrina's unforgettable year and date of August 29, 2005.

Those lucky enough to live through this catastrophic storm, many did not, are not refugees...they are survivors, they are us...they are Americans Citizens... asking only to be helped and treated as, we were all taught since childhood to believe, we are all equal American Citizens.
