"Little Sorrow" Oil on canvas 16" X 20" won 1st Prize, "Best Painting of Exhibition" and 1st Prize, "Most Popular Painting of Exhibition" at the De Young Museum, S.F. in the 1950's = History of this very special Carved Stone Art Piece = Story told to Jack by Claire Farber, who lived in China as a young woman. Clair's Father was sailing on the yellow river to Peking, China. His boat was attacked by pirates, there was shooting and Clair's Father grabbed the boat's Captain to save his life.
