We honestly hope you will enjoy the new addition, created by my father Jack Feldman, to your fine art collection. However, we understand that sometimes things happen by accident or misfortune. We strive to ensure our processing is the best it can be at our end when the print leaves our shop and expect you will be very happy on your end when you open the shipped package.
Returns for damage: When opening the package upon delivery, if you find the product is damaged or has defects, you can return the art-print purchased for a full refund. Please take a photo immediately showing the damage and send it to us at [email protected].
A valid return is, in our sole discretion, products that are damaged or defective upon delivery to you.
If this is the case, we will cover the cost by crediting the purchaser of all shipping and handling once we receive the art-print back at our shop.
Returns - just don't want it: The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns of art that are not valid returns, in our sole discretion, defective or damaged. Your refund, if applicable, in other words, the product can be sold again, will be credited back to the original payment method you used to purchase the art-print. We will not refund the returns received by us 30 days or longer after the purchase date.
Outside of the United States: At-will return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our orders are shipped using USPS/FEDEX/UPS. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery. This is not included in the order total. All prices shown are in US dollars and are subject to currency exchange rates.
